BOWLAND PORT CHARLOTTE SOLD

Sale ends decades-long brand in Southwest Florida

(PT CHARLOTTE, FL)—Bowland Port Charlotte, an institution of fun for the past 6 decades in Charlotte County,
has been sold to the BOWL 360 group. With the sale, the Bowland “brand” will no longer operate in Southwest
Florida. At its peak, there were Bowland Centers in Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, Naples and Port Charlotte.
Company founder Pat Ciniello announced this as the latest move in transitioning his family’s business operations.
The Port Charlotte center is slated to turnover to the new owners in July, 2025.

“We have made many lifelong friends here over the years,” Ciniello said. “While selling something you’ve
worked so hard to build is never easy, I’m thrilled that the center will remain a hub for entertainment and
bowling fun for the Charlotte community.” Citing a confidentiality agreement, the purchase price won’t be
divulged at this time.

BOWL 360, a multi-unit owner based in New York, plans to upgrade the facility with modern state-of-the-art
technology and entertainment. Much like Ciniello, BOWL 360 will continue to provide a safe, welcoming
atmosphere for all ages.

The Ciniello family (Pat, wife Lisa and son Marc) will continue to own and operate bowling/entertainment
centers in Ft. Myers (HeadPinz Ft Myers) and Naples (HeadPinz Naples). Later this year, the Ciniello’s newest
venture, FastTrax, is scheduled to open next door to HeadPinz Ft Myers. FastTrax will feature Florida’s largest
indoor go-kart track, as well as other arcade, duck pin bowling, food and beverage options.

“We can’t wait to open FastTrax, as we know there’s a tremendous demand for this style of cutting-edge fun,”
said Ciniello. “So, while the Bowland brand fades into the history books, our company is far from hanging
things up. We are as excited for the future of the HeadPinz and FastTrax entertainment centers.”
